The site is about five miles from Plymouth City Centre, situated on the A379 Plymouth to Kingsbridge road. It is located for touring the Westcountry, and is a sheltered parkland site and only two minutes walk to the village of Brixton.

The site has toilet and shower blocks with electric shaver points. Hot and cold water is always available and electrical hook-ups can be provided.

The village has all the usual countryside amenities including a village church, garage, public house, restaurant and fish and chip shop, including several other small shops where local fresh produce can be purchased.

The site is convenient for touring South Devon and Cornwall, the following distances may be a useful guide in planning your holiday

Services - There is a regular bus service passing through the village. A public telephone is located near the church. Nearest train station is Plymouth.
